Gemini Man is a call back to the classic 90’s action film. The story is pretty straight forward but still interesting and keeps your attention throughout the whole film. The movie plays to its strength in relying on the charm and wit of its leading man Will Smith.
The film uses de-aging technology and throughout most of the film it is amazing. However, at certain points it is jarring as it seems that they did not finish rendering. The film is also shot in a high frame rate and at times this can make what you are watching on screen look fake. However, despite these couple of moments in the film the story is wonderful and the cast gives great performances all around. The action in the film is great and you are sucked in from the start to finish.
Gemini Man is a great action film with lots of great stunts that will keep you entertained from start to finish. Gemini Man will be good for multiple viewings. At the theater, at home on your preferred streaming device or to add to your collection. Cinema Wise gives Gemini Man a 3 out of 5.
