Judging by the trailer, Knives Out seems to have a Clue feeling to it. However, instead of being upfront and over the top with comedy, it just peppers it in as needed. It is a classic plot of a who done it. The tone is very different than what is portrayed in the trailers and TV spots.
The cast of the film exceptional. The film does not have a stand out performance, as the entire cast plays their roles to the letter. The plot twists are well crafted and they are delivered very well. There are multiple twists and turns throughout the film keeping you on the edge of your seat.Â
Knives Out is shot very well. The film only consists of a couple locations but even with everything being so confined, the world still feels lived in.
Knives out is a Great who Done it film. It should be seen in theaters and is worth multiple viewings. Cinema Wise gives Knives Out a 3.75 out of 5.
